Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,918 per week

About the role

The Outpatient Physical Therapist at ARMStaffing is responsible for evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of assigned patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Document medical records in a clear, accurate, and timely manner, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.
• Ensure care is provided under signed, valid physician orders within necessary insurance approvals.
• Participate in student programs, providing a positive learning environment with supervision and evaluations.
• Create and execute an individualized professional development plan to pursue ongoing education and growth.
• Adhere to the State Practice Act and maintain professional licensure in good standing.
• Demonstrate awareness of organizational performance improvement methodologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience.
• CPR certification.
• Active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where work will be performed.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
• Schedule: 5x8.0 shift schedule.
• Assignment Duration: 13-week contract position.
