Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $1,917 per week

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a position in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in outpatient settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Kentucky.
• At least one year of clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercise techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Skills

• Proficiency in computer software for documentation and scheduling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shifts are 8 hours long and will be scheduled based on the therapist's availability and the facility's needs.
