About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in an outpatient OT setting in Cumming, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- 8-hour day shift position, with hours typically running 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- 5 shifts per week on a variable schedule
- 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
- 1 summer holiday shift required
- Occupational Therapy unit (734F)
Requirements
- Current, active OT license required if applicable
- Current AHA BLS certification required (must not be expired)
- Valid Driver's License required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Qualifications
- No on-call requirements for this position
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being considered
- Requests for time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
- 100% credentialing must be completed prior to the start date; failure to clear compliance may result in cancellation
