Outpatient department that also serves inpatient, swing bed, and long-term care (LTC) populations
Largely pediatric outpatient patient population
Day shift, 5x8 schedule (8:00–17:00)

EMR: Epic required
13-week contract
Requirements
- Current, active OT license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of OT experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- Experience with acute disorders, chronic disorders, functional activities, standardized assessments, developmental testing/treatment, and mental retardation required
- Proficiency in Epic EMR required
- Ability to transition between inpatient, outpatient, and LTC settings
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance with rental car coverage required to operate the facility-provided vehicle
- Minimum 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting required for consideration
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
