Travel Ortho RN - $1,947 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel Orthopedics RN for an assignment in Greensboro, North Carolina.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment begins on August 31, 2026, with a 36-hour workweek on 12-hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in orthopedic and trauma settings
• Manage BiPAP/CPAP, blood product administration, and chest tube care
• Interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias
• Utilize rapid response and code teams
• Float to any Cone Health campus as needed
• Complete required modules during orientation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics and trauma
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Community hospital and trauma level I or II experience preferred
• Travel experience required
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Active RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (preferred)
• Must pass a compliance EKG exam (2 attempts allowed)
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions only)
• No local candidates within a 50-mile radius
• Current driver’s license to verify address
• No open cases on background check
• Flexibility with scheduling and compliance deadlines

• Third-party education verification required; degrees from schools on the Florida Diploma Fraud Audit list will not be accepted

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during the assignment.
