Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide rehabilitative services to enhance independence in daily activities within a long-term acute care setting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Montana OT license
- BLS certification (copy required)
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in LTC, SNF, or rehab settings
- Experience with acute care or rehab backgrounds is considered
- First-time travelers with relevant LTC or SNF experience are welcome
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2 years
- Licenses: OT-MT
- References: 1 within the last 24 months
