Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients.
• Assess, plan, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Complete required documentation and maintain accurate patient records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid occupational therapy license and certifications.
• Ability to meet onboarding requirements including CORES 1, 2 (Allied), 3, color vision, OSHA safety, skills checklist, and specialty exam.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to various schedules and patient needs.
