Role Overview
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled care in a skilled nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities to improve daily skills.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Document progress and coordinate with healthcare teams.
- Support geriatric populations and manage ADL/IADL training when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California OT license required.
- BLS certification may be required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Proficiency with documentation systems in post-acute care beneficial.
