Role & Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in a skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, plan, and implement therapy programs to improve patients' functional independence.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of one year of experience as an OT.
• Active licensure to practice as an OT in the state of employment.
• CPR certification may be required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
