Travel Occupational Therapist Inpatient - $2,225 per week

Job Summary

Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for an inpatient assignment in San Ramon, California. The role provides inpatient occupational therapy services, including care for Covid‑positive and Covid‑PUI patients, and may require travel outside the primary service area or weekend work.

Schedule

Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week (26‑week assignment). Start date: 10/12/2026. End date: 04/12/2027.

Requirements

• Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and vehicle registration
• Annual TB test
• MMR, Varicella, Hep B vaccination
• TDaP (2020 or later)
• Annual influenza vaccine
• Recent drug screen
• Physical examination
• 10 years of inpatient occupational therapy experience

Additional Information

Two scheduling options are available:

• Guaranteed hours: Minimum 27 points per week, with 36 hours guaranteed. Travelers must complete 30 points weekly and be willing to travel outside the area or work weekends if needed.
• Non‑guaranteed hours: May require weekend coverage and occasional travel outside the service area.

Payment is made on a per‑visit basis; hours are approved based on visit types and point conversions. Travelers’ hours are paid hourly, but authorized hours are based on visits. RTO requests must be disclosed at submission; late additions may risk removal from the vendor list.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
