Travel Occupational Therapist position in Medford, Wisconsin. Inpatient role providing occupational therapy services in a hospital and skilled nursing facility.
About the role
13-week travel contract starting 09/08/2026. Full-time, 40 hours per week on an 8-hour day shift (typically 0700–1730, Monday–Friday). The contract includes 36 hours of low-census unbillable hours. During flu season, travelers who decline flu or COVID vaccination must wear a mask at all times per facility policy.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to adult/geriatric patients with orthopedic, neurological, and functional mobility diagnoses in an inpatient setting.
Requirements
- WI State Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- American Heart Association (AHA) or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Minimum 0 years of experience
- Experience working with adult/geriatric populations

- EPIC charting experience
