Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,667 per week

About the role

Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist position in Medford, Oregon, covering West Portland and surrounding areas. 13-week assignment starting ASAP (11/02/2026), 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts. The role involves 1:1 patient visits, up to 6 patients per day with a 30 productivity points standard. Requires Oregon license and 1 year of skilled home health experience; first-time travelers accepted. No weekend, on-call, or float requirements. Local candidates within 50-75 mile radius accepted at same rate. Guaranteed hours with facility able to call off up to one shift per pay period.

Requirements

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience
• BCLS certification
• OASIS experience required
• Primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
• Own transportation required

Special Requirements

• Traveler must have own transportation; occasional maximum radius of roughly 60 miles (60-90 minute total drive time) per day
• Facility requires primary series COVID vaccination plus one booster
• OASIS experience required; must disclose if lacking OASIS experience
• System groups clients to minimize drive time
