Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Occupational Therapist Home Health experience
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- First-time travelers accepted
- Home Health OT experience required
- HCHB experience required through 10/1/2026
- Epic experience required after 10/1/2026
- Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
- Clinicians without Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience will be required to complete an online HCHB course before starting. The course costs $250, which must be paid upfront by the traveler.
