About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 12-week assignment starting August 3, 2026 in Augusta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Georgia
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant work experience in a healthcare setting
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel to various locations within the state of Georgia
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR)
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and standards
- Ability to adapt to different patient needs and environments

Pay
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
