About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting ASAP in Lacey, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift
- Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers
Requirements
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a home health setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in various locations within Washington State
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Knowledge of home health care standards and regulations
- Proficiency in computer software for documentation and case management

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
Schedule
Shifts are typically 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
