Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist - $2,460 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans to promote independence and wellness.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the national licensing examination for occupational therapists.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
