About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in New Haven, Connecticut.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Connecticut
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and work in various locations
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Knowledge of home health care standards and regulations
- Experience with home health equipment and supplies
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with an estimated weekly payment that includes hourly wages, meal/incidental expenses, and housing expenses. Additional benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance are also available.

8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with the option to work additional hours if needed.
