About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a position in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Home Health setting
- Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift
- Assist patients in achieving their functional goals through therapeutic activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians and caregivers
Requirements
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Wisconsin
- At least 1 year of recent relevant experience in Home Health or related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR)
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to adapt to various patient needs and environments

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
