LanceSoft is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week position starting on August 24, 2026, in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes
• Assess and treat patients to improve their functional abilities
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience required
• OASIS experience/training preferred
• BLS Certification required
• Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle required
• Covid vaccination required (or approved exemption)
• Flu vaccination or declination required
• Must be comfortable traveling to patient homes
• Active Florida Physical Therapist License required

Qualifications

Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida.
