About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 3, 2026, in Martinez, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in home health settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records.
Requirements
- Must have at least 2+ years of recent rehabilitation experience.
- Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Georgia.
- Pass required background checks and drug screenings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy techniques.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems.

Pay
Gross weekly pay: $2489.80
