About the role
American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in the West Portland, OR area.
Responsibilities
- Serving West Portland, OR and surrounding areas
- Day shift, 5x8-hour schedule (8:00–16:30)
- 1:1 patient ratio with up to 6 patient visits per day
- Standard productivity expectation of 30 points per day
- No weekend or on-call requirements
- Travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state
- Charting via Epic Remote Client (laptop) and Rover phone app; OASIS documentation required
- Local candidates accepted; candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are considered local and may be accepted at the same rate
Requirements
- Active Oregon OT license required; license required if applicable
- Minimum 1 year of skilled home health experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- OASIS experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Reliable personal transportation required
- Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Full SSN and DOB required for consideration
- Covid-19 primary vaccination series plus one booster required
- Active professional license at time of consideration

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
