Travel Occupational Therapist – Home Health - $2,600 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 13, 2026, in Fort Dodge, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and families

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Iowa
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• Experience in home health or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Passing score on the national licensing exam
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within the assigned region

Pay

• Based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined

Schedule

• Days shift
