Travel Occupational Therapist - Home Health - $2,580 per week

About the role

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Home Health Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 8, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a home health setting
• Work 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts
• Assist patients in achieving their functional goals through therapeutic activities
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with referring physicians

Requirements

• Current license to practice occupational therapy in Washington State
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
• At least one year of recent full-time clinical experience in home health
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel independently

Qualifications

• Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

• Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
