Travel Occupational Therapist Acute Care Job

13-week travel assignment in acute care within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Start date: 08/03/2026.

About the role

Focus on comprehensive rehabilitation for residents in a SNF setting. This is a temporary travel position with guaranteed hours of 35 per week.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents in the SNF setting.
• Develop and implement individualized, occupation-based treatment plans to improve activities of daily living, mobility, and cognitive function.
• Deliver direct therapy and adapt interventions to maximize resident independence and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to plan discharge and transition of care.
• Document progress accurately in the electronic medical record and communicate changes to the care team.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies while maintaining patient and family education.

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in New Hampshire (or eligibility for licensure in NH).
• Experience or demonstrated capability in acute care or skilled nursing settings (preferred).
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment and complete documentation in the electronic medical record.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team.

Pay

Weekly pay range: $2,218–$2,261.

Schedule

• Guaranteed hours: 35 per week.
• Shift: 5x8 days, 08:00–16:30.
• Contract duration: 13 weeks.
