Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, plans, and interventions for students in the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment goals aligned with IEPs and student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to support participation and learning
• Perform progress documentation, outcome measurement, and mandatory record-keeping in approved systems
• Conduct screenings and deliver therapy across classrooms, therapy spaces, and related service areas
• Participate in team meetings, contribute to transition planning, and advocate for student participation and safety

Requirements

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
• NBCOT certification or eligibility
• Experience in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and professionals
• Ability to work within a school setting and adhere to IEP-mandated plans
• Ability to travel to the assignment site and maintain a professional, punctual schedule
