Weekly Pay: $1,453–$1,562
Shift: 5x8 Flex (8-hour shifts, 5 days per week)
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (temporary assignment)
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat short-term and long-term residents in the SNF setting
- Deliver occupational therapy services with the supervision and assistance of COTAs
- Complete timely documentation and treatments
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders to improve independence in ADLs, functional mobility, cognition, upper extremity function, and overall quality of life
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote safe discharge and maximize each resident’s functional potential through various treatment approaches
Requirements
- Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license
- Ability to provide OT services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Availability for 8-hour shifts, five days per week (flexible)
- Ability to complete timely documentation and treatment plans
