Travel Occupational Therapist Acute Care Job
Travel Occupational Therapist role in Lebanon, New Hampshire, United States. This is a 13-week temporary assignment starting on 08/03/2026 in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting activities of daily living, mobility, balance, and safety
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic activities, and patient education to improve independence and function
- Document assessment findings, goals, progress, and discharge planning in the medical record
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Ability to perform occupational therapy evaluations and interventions in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Strong documentation and charting skills
- Effective communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment
- Adaptability to a travel assignment with guaranteed hours and a 5x8 day schedule
Pay
Weekly pay ranges from $2,158 to $2,326 per week, with guaranteed hours of 35 per week.
Schedule
5x8 day shift for a 13-week contract.
