About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 20, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift.
- Perform therapy sessions tailored to individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions.
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in California.
- At least two years of recent, relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using medical terminology and understanding of healthcare regulations.
Skills
- Skilled in assessing and treating physical, cognitive, and emotional impairments.
- Familiarity with assistive technology and adaptive equipment.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
We are looking for a healthcare professional who is ready to provide exceptional patient care in this contract/travel role. Shifts are typically 13 weeks, with potential to extend.
