A travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist position is available in Willows, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNF settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote functional independence.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• At least 1-2 years of recent relevant experience in SNF settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
