Travel Occupational Therapist - $2,440 per week

CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 13, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in SNF settings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and recommend appropriate interventions
• Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in SNF setting
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in computer systems and documentation software

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal & incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.
