About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 24, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in SNFs
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient care activities and progress in medical records
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in Florida
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy
- At least one year of relevant experience in SNFs
- Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and interventions
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Skilled in occupational therapy assessment and intervention
- Proficient in using assistive technology and equipment
- Experience working with patients with various disabilities and conditions
