About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and needs to determine appropriate interventions
- Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual patient needs
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Hawaii
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
Qualifications
- Passing score on the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in computer software and electronic medical records systems
Skills
- Skilled in assessment and intervention strategies for various patient populations
- Experience working in SNFs or similar settings
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay
The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses.
Schedule
The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
