Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract position starting August 10, 2026, in Crystal Lake, Illinois.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• Outpatient experience required.
• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license within the state of practice.

Qualifications

• Licensed or in the immediate process of obtaining Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure in the state of IL.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8.0 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
