American Traveler is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility setting, requiring 1+ year of experience and offering a flexible, dual-setting schedule.

Details

• Split assignment across Home Health (50%) and Skilled Nursing Facility (50%) settings, with flexibility required based on area need
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm
• Uses HCHB for Home Health and NetHealth for Skilled Nursing Facility documentation
• No on-call or call-back requirements
• Onsite Therapy Supervisor available

Requirements

• Current OT license required (if applicable)
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• Valid driver's license required for consideration
• Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months worked, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years worked, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

About the Role

Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing Facility settings

Pay
