Travel Nurse - Telemetry (Full-Time)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced RN for a travel assignment in telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain infection prevention and safe medication administration standards.
• Prepare patients for diagnostic tests or procedures and monitor post-procedure recovery.
• Coordinate patient care activities, including handoffs and care plan updates.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure quality care.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience in telemetry or related fields.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong clinical skills in telemetry nursing.
• Ability to support safe transitions of care and effective communication.
• Attention to infection control protocols and medication safety.

Schedule

12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours per week.
