Travel Nurse - Telemetry (Full-Time)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2 years of clinical expertise.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses.
• Coordinating patient care activities with physicians and clinical team members.
• Performing focused reassessments and escalating concerns through appropriate channels.
• Documenting assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records.

Qualifications and skills

• At least 2 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.

Schedule

Work 48 hours weekly in 10-hour shifts.
