Travel Nurse - Telemetry (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and respond to clinical changes using established protocols.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately.
• Support safe transitions of care through handoffs and care plan updates.
• Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and discharge procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
• Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation.
• Strong communication skills for patient education and care coordination.

Schedule

36 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts.
