About the role
We are seeking an experienced RN - Telemetry with a minimum of 2+ years of clinical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments while monitoring patient responses
- Perform focused reassessments and escalate concerns appropriately
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in medical records
The role involves providing high-quality telemetry nursing care in a hospital setting.
Schedule
Working 48 hours per week across 10-hour shifts.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of recent telemetry nursing experience
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
