About the role
The role involves acting as a Med/Tele RN Supervisor, overseeing unit flow, staff, and patient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of unit flow and patient care delivery
- Supervision of nursing staff
- Floating to any and all units based on daily hospital staffing needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of full-time RN experience
- At least 1 full year of direct supervisory or clinical leadership experience
- Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license
- AHA BLS and AHA ACLS certifications required
Qualifications
Local candidates may be considered with a slightly adjusted pay rate.
