Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- BLS & ACLS (AHA) required
- Minimum 3 years of advanced Med/Surg Telemetry experience
- Critical Care experience preferred
Required Skills
- Read and interpret telemetry strips
- Manage cardiac drips and titrate medications
- Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Experience supervising clinical operations and responding to emergencies
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight during off-shifts
- Support staff across all departments
- Coordinate patient care with physicians and ancillary teams
- Respond to patient care issues, emergencies, and hospital incidents
- Conduct patient care rounds and ensure compliance with nursing standards
