Travel Nurse RN - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing - $2,440 per week

About the role
- Work 8-hour night shifts from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
- Block schedule with every other weekend required
- Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
- No on-call requirements
- Floating requirements apply
- Patient ratio of 1:20 for RNs
- Care responsibilities include charting, assessments, charge duties, and medication administration
- Clinical skills required: IV management, catheters, ostomy care, and IV/titratable drips
- Primarily care for patients with dementia, frail and elderly populations, and rehabilitation patients
- Elderly care experience required
- EMR system: ECS
- Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
- Local candidates living within 80 miles of the facility will have a reduced rate applied
- All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility
Facility details
This post-acute care nursing home is attached to a hospital and features 70 beds, the majority of which are private. The facility operates with a robust interdisciplinary team including therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, housekeeping, and respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7. On-site pharmacy and medication dispensing systems are available, along with physician availability after hours and DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor support.

Pay
Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,440 plus a $500 contract completion bonus.
