Travel Nurse RN - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Skilled Nursing - $2,196 per week

Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) assignment in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

About the Role

• 12-hour day shifts with weekend and holiday requirements
• Block schedule with 8-hour shifts: 4 nurses and 7 aides during day/PM, 2 nurses and 3-4 aides during night
• Every other weekend required unless otherwise specified
• Must be available for at least half of holidays during assignment
• No on-call requirements
• Floating requirements apply
• Scrub color/dress code: Any solid color, clean and professional
• Patient ratio: RNs 1:20, LPNs 1:20, CNAs 1:8
• Common diagnoses and patient types include dementia, frail elderly, and rehabilitation patients
• Interdisciplinary team includes therapy, administration, social workers, activities, dietary, and housekeeping
• Physician availability after hours
• DON/Charge Nurse/House Supervisor on-site
• Respiratory therapy available on-site 24/7
• Pharmacy and medication dispensing system on-site
• EMR system: ECS
• Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
• All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility

Responsibilities

• Charting and assessments
• Charge duties
• Medication administration
• Clinical skills such as IVs, catheters, and ostomy care
• IV and titratable drip experience required

Requirements

• Elderly patient care experience required
• BLS (AHA) certification

This post-acute care facility is a 70-bed nursing home attached to a hospital, offering a comprehensive long-term care environment. The majority of beds are private. The facility provides skilled nursing care for elderly and rehabilitation patients and is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team.

Pay

• Estimated gross weekly pay: $2,196
• $500 contract completion bonus
• Maximum non-tax stipends available including lodging, meals, and incidentals

• Duration: 8 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12-hour day shifts
