Travel Nurse RN - Pediatrics - $2,409 per week

About the Role

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality Pediatric Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment with one of our top healthcare clients in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This is a 13-week travel nursing position with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts, starting September 21, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically or chronically ill pediatric cancer patients throughout all stages of their conditions, usually focusing on the acute phase.
• Administer chemotherapy and implement new methods of symptom treatment.
• Monitor patients' progress and create a supportive environment.
• Assist patients ranging from post-surgical to near-terminal in managing their disease and treatment effectively.
• Educate cancer patients about treatment options, procedures, and particularities of the disease.

Requirements

• Active RN License.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS & ACLS Certifications.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Pediatric Oncology setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.
