Work Environment

• Number of beds: 11 OR rooms
• Patient ratio: 1:1
• Unit staffing: unit secretaries and techs available
• Equipment: Hana tables, Jackson tables, vascular beds, Cysto beds, robot beds
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling: 8‑hour, 10‑hour, and 12‑hour shifts; call 1 night per week and 1½ weekends per 8 weeks; weekends are 48 hours, a half‑weekend is 24 hours

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN experience
• Experience in a Level II or higher facility
• Proficiency in orthopedic trauma, craniotomies, burr holes, robotic general surgery (e.g., Appy, Lap Chloe), cystoscopies, ENT, and total joint procedures
