About the role
The Operating Room (OR) Nursing Professional performs independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with accepted practice standards as defined by the state Board of Nursing. The OR Nurse will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing therapy and treatment supportive of life and well-being, both directly and through consultation or delegation to others. The role may require floating to other departments within scope of competency and qualifications based on operational needs. The nurse may be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Qualifications
- ASN (Associate of Science in Nursing) degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Certifications specific to the unit or service
Schedule
- Day shifts, 10 hours per shift
- Minimum of 40 hours per week
- 13-week duration, starting 08/24/2026
