Travel Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $2,315 per week
Operating Room (OR) Specialist in the Morgantown region. This position involves providing specialized surgical support within a Level I Trauma Center, focusing on orthopedic, neuro, surgical oncology, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and ENT cases. The role encompasses circulating independently, taking call, and maintaining a high standard of patient care in a fast-paced, outpatient-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Circulate independently in the operating room
- Take call as required
- Scrub in surgeries
- Work with outpatient cases primarily on 2 West and 5 North units
- Float rotation may be required between 5 North and 2 West depending on experience
- Occasional weekend and holiday shifts with a 20-30 hour standby call requirement every four weeks
Requirements
- BLS Certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the operating room
- Unexpired driver’s license
- Willing to wait for license verification
Schedule
- 13-week assignment starting 09/07/2026
- 36 hours per week
- 12-hour rotating shifts
Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
