- Day Shift: 3-5 CNC, 38-45 RN, 3 US, 1-2 PC
- Night Shift: 3-4 CNC, 38-45 RN, 2 US
- Patient Ratios: Varies – 1:1 critical Level 4 babies – 1:4 feeder/grower
- EMR: CPN/Meditech
Required Skills & Experience
Must have (candidates without these will not be considered):
- Level 3–4 NICU experience (2+ years)
Preferred (candidates with these will be considered first):
- Small baby experience
- ECMO experience
- Total body cooling experience
- Jet ventilator/oscillator experience
- PALS certification
Typical Procedures Performed
- UVC/UAC
- Chest tubes
- Intubation
Required Certifications
- BLS
- NRP
Schedule & Floating
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12s (days)
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours per week: 36
- Floating Areas: Well nursery, pediatrics
