Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,245 per week
Registered Nurse (RN) position specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) in Portland, Oregon. Responsibilities
- Collect relevant patient data and analyze assessment information
- Develop and implement care plans
- Evaluate patient progress
- Collaborate with patients and healthcare teams
- Provide patient education
- Participate in discharge planning
- Delegate tasks appropriately
- Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- RN licensure in Oregon
- BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS certification from an approved vendor
- EPIC experience required
- Minimum of 0 years of experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Acute care facility experience in medical-surgical or telemetry units
