Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,245 per week
About the role
Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting on July 27, 2026, at a facility in Neptune, New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Assess patients’ conditions and document findings accurately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers and staff members.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- At least one year of recent relevant clinical experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
