About the Role
Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical travel assignment in Wichita, Kansas. 13-week contract starting 09/07/2026, 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts.
RN needed for a 35-bed Oncology/Medical-Surgical unit with 1:6 staffing ratio. Facility is a 700-bed teaching hospital using Meditech charting. Level 1 Adult Trauma center and Level 2 Pediatric Trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical and oncology patients.
- Utilize Meditech electronic health record system for patient documentation.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
Requirements
- Active RN license (Compact accepted).
- Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience.
- BLS certification.
- SSN and date of birth required for onboarding.
- Must pass ECG testing during onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Meditech charting system.

Pay
Pay rate: $2,246.00 - $2,361.00 per week (based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). Includes tax-free stipend.
